Life has been difficult for many people during the Coronavirus pandemic, for lots of different reasons. For those who were already struggling COVID-19 has, in many cases, made things much worse. And there are those who have struggled with financial, social and mental health issues for the first time. 

We want you to know that Citizens Advice Liverpool is open and here for you, whoever you are, whatever the problem. 

Our advice services are available through our digital and telephone channels: 

  • You can help yourself to free, impartial and independent information on a range of topics by visiting our Get Advice page. The Get Advice page will direct you to the National Citizens Advice website, which provides a wealth of reliable, up-to-date information that can help you resolve an issue you have.  


  • You can talk things through on a confidential basis with one of our trained advisers online or over the phone. Full details of each service are available by clicking Our Services.  


Please note that all of our face-to-face services are available by appointment only.
