About the Role
An exciting time to join Citizens Advice Liverpool, you will coordinate communications. Initially working with the Senior Management Team and an external consultant to create a communications strategy that aligns with the new 3-year business plan. You will be responsible for delivering objectives agreed.
Professional experience in the field of marketing or communications.
Experience of developing processes and procedures in the field of communication, to ensure sustainability beyond the duration of the post / project.
Experience of working with media organisations to successfully promote organisational messages.
Experience of identifying communications priorities and stories within an organisation, and delivering in a way that is inclusive.
Excellent written and oral communications skills, including proven ability to communicate using appropriate styles, methods and timing, to maximise understanding and impact.
Experience of working effectively in a team, including developing volunteers (or a willingness to work with volunteers).
Experience of developing trust with staff new to communications processes to become the communications expert within the organisation.
Ability to adapt, be responsive and resourceful.
Experience of exploring and identifying suitable software and tools needed to provide solutions for the delivery of communications work.
Willingness to undertake hybrid working
